YOU MUST PRINT YOUR ONLINE TICKET TO BOARD THE BUS. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE IF THE PASSENGER CANNOT PRINT. TICKETS DISPLAYED ON SMARTPHONES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing the link to print your boarding pass. Ticket counters do NOT have the ability to print bus tickets that were purchased from GoLamers.com, and the passenger cannot board without a printed ticket to hand the driver. Without a printed boarding pass, you will be required to purchase another ticket before boarding. Tickets will not be refunded due to printing issues. Online tickets are valid only for the date printed on your ticket. If you are unable to print or your travel plans are tentative, then please purchase your ticket another way.
OTHER TICKET OPTIONS: Most bus stops sell tickets during business hours, and you can purchase tickets the same day you travel. If boarding from a stop that is closed or does not sell tickets, you can board the bus with payment in hand, and purchase your ticket at the next available stop. If there is no ticket counter available before your destination, then drivers will accept cash payment — exact change only.
Arrive at your pickup location 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Lamers Connect routes are operated by Lamers Bus Lines, Inc. unless stated on your itinerary. Please verify that your selected route(s) and transfer(s) are correct before completing purchase. Online tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Adult ticket fares apply to passengers ages 12+, Seniors ages 55+, Children age 2–11 (two child tickets allowed per adult ticket purchased). Military ID is required for Military passengers, and College Student ID is required for College Student passengers.
